Legacy Monitor is a new legacy analysis service, incorporating an annual ‘audit’ of trends in the legacy market, and a quarterly benchmarking service. It has been developed by two companies working in collaboration: Legacy Foresight and Clearwater Consultancy Limited. The service has two elements:

1. The quarterly benchmarking report : March/September/December 2008  - A regular benchmarking update, with commentary, tables and graphs.
2. The annual market audit – July 2008  - An analysis of trends in the legacy market, together with a detailed benchmarking section, tailored to each client. 

The programme has been set up initially for 2008, but is intended thereafter to be an annual service. We hope to introduce a more flexible menu of options and prices in future years, allowing clients to subscribe to specific elements of the service.

 31 clients are signed up the 2008 consortium, which is now closed. Membership for the 2009 service will open in September 2008. To register your interest in the 2009 service, email m.abdy@legacyforesight.co.uk.

As in previous years, a summary report, based on published data sources only will be available to members of Remember A Charity in autumn 2008.
