Welcome to Legacy Foresight

Legacy Foresight works with not for profit organisations to map, model and predict the charitable legacy market. We analyse the state of the legacies sector, produce income forecasts and research into legator motivations. Our work is used both for ongoing budget setting and for long-term strategic development.

Back in 1994, working with a consortium of thirteen large charities, we produced a 20-year forecast for the legacy market. This work created considerable debate and led to the creation of the legacy marketing campaign, ‘Remember a Charity’.

Since then we have worked with over fifty clients, including twenty-five of the top thirty British legacy charities. We still work closely with colleagues at Remember A Charity, theInstitute of Legacy Management and Clear software developers to promote the idea of legacy giving, and the principles of effective legacy administration.
